Acceptable use
Do not probe the platform, attempt to access data that does not belong to your tenant, or use TekAssist to send unsolicited or unlawful communications.
Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime outside scheduled maintenance windows and publish incident updates on our status page. Credits apply if we miss our commitment.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We retain configuration data for 30 days to facilitate reactivation unless you request immediate deletion.
